Do I lock the RideGDS scooter once I have reached my destination or at the end of my ride?
The RideGDS scooter must be locked at the conclusion of the ride. If the scooter is not locked, the trip will continue and You will continue to be charged. The max charge for a single trip is $100 for 24 hours. Refer to the How to Ride page for instructions on how to end your ride.
Where must I park at the end of my ride?
Upon conclusion of Your ride, the RideGDS scooter must be parked at a lawful parking spot, i.e. the scooter cannot be parked on unauthorized private property or in a locked area or in any other non-public space. You will not be able to terminate your ride if you are not located within the authorized parking zones demonstrated on your app.
What to do if the RideGDS scooter is damaged or malfunctions?
Report any damaged or malfunctioning RideGDS scooter to RideGDS via the RideGDS mobile application “support” page”
What must I do if I am involved in an accident?
Rider must report any accident, crash, damage, personal injury, or stolen or lost Vehicle to RideGDS via the RideGDS mobile application “support” page” . If a crash involves personal injury, property damage, or a stolen vehicle, Rider must file a report with the local police department within 24 hours.
How do refunds work?
If there is a reason to give a refund we are very understanding! Simply Ask. All refunds are considered on a case by case basis. Wallet refunds can be credited to your account. Card Refunds of unused wallets are subject to a 10% transaction fee from Stripe and may take up to 5 business days to be processed.
